Can I just start by introducing myself to you if that's OK.? My name is Alan and I operate in the Wigan and surrounding areas helping home owners just like you to sell your house fast and hassle free if possible. I am not your typical Estate Agent so you will not be talking or dealing with a junior who normally sits at a desk who can't wait for Friday to arrive!

You probably need urgency due to your circumstances in addition to certainty that a fast sale can be achieved.

I think its safe and fair to say that Estate Agents do not normally have a great reputation when it comes to getting a property sold quickly if at all sometimes?

The main reason for this is that most if not all estate agents are relying on a good market for sellers which is cyclical and the normal portals like Rightmove and Zoopla etc. The problem with this approach is that property moves in cycles meaning - sellers market or buyers market etc. And with regards to the portals then there is an absolute sunami of homeowners trying to sell or rent so you are faced with too much competition.!

What's the Solution then?

Well you could hand it over to a fast home buying company who operate nationally and don't really care about your situation or circumstances. Or you could consider someone like myself who is smaller and more approachable. Who is willing to take the time to listen to your current situation and provide a quick practical solution to get your property sold. You just may not have the time or the patience for your property to be sat on the open market for months on end with your local agent?
